Extremely reliable. I had a leak coming into my fireplace. I had know idea what to do or call. Stofan
Construction was recommended to me so I called them. Ivo the owner came to my house the very next day and was able to find the problem. He showed me overhead pictures of the issue. The problem
was corrected within one day!!!! He was very reasonable and honest. I highly recommend this company.

Requested a quote and corresponded via email to confirm an appointment for this morning between 10-11 am. Stayed home from work and at 10 am I received this note from this business owner.
"I'm here. Couldn't find parking. I'm leaving.". My advice is do not waste your time-- how is this guy even running a business this way?! Ugh!!

I looked for roofing recommendations on Yelp and based on all the positive reviews I called Stofan Construction. We needed a new roof on our home, and I could tell after meeting the owner Ivo that I had called the right place. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain our options and answer any questions we had. When his crew arrived to do the job their first priority was protecting our property, and I appreciated the care they took to clean up after the job was completed. From start to finish they were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Ivo's crew did a wonderful job and our roof came out great. His price was very reasonable and for the quality received, you can't beat it. Stofan Construction will definitely be my first call if I need work done in the future and will recommend them to my family and friends.
